Deputy Managing Director · KEMTEC · Vernier Group
Deputy Managing Director of KEMTEC since February 2023, Gaylord drives commercial development, strategy and operational management of the company. He has been part of the Vernier Group (NEO2, KEMTEC, Technic Assistance…) for over 10 years and began his career at ERAMET, an industrial producer of non-ferrous metals.
A graduate of the University of Le Havre, he supports the group’s growth on engineering projects across various sectors of the process industry.
Ludovic TOURNEUR
Managing Director · KEMTEC · Lyon
Managing Director and founder of KEMTEC since 2008 – Ludovic has run the Lyon office since its inception, deploying his expertise in complex Life Science processes to serve clients.
An engineer from the Conservatoire des Arts & Métiers and former Head of New Works at SYNKEM for 11 years, Ludovic combines technical expertise and project management with over 25 years of experience, from the design phase through to construction of facilities.
Elodie LEMAITRE
Managing Director · KEMTEC Ouest · Brittany
Managing Director of KEMTEC Ouest since February 2011, Elodie is also a project manager in chemical process engineering, working with the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
A graduate of ENSIC in process engineering, Elodie has put her expertise to work for clients for over 20 years, from the design phase through to completion in the Brittany region.
Maxime PITHON
Head of BU Energy · KEMTEC
Head of the Energy Business Unit at KEMTEC since 2023 and a member of the group since 2021, Maxime has led numerous projects in the Oil & Gas sector over more than 16 years of experience.
An engineer from ENSTA Bretagne, his expertise covers the management of complex energy projects, from the design phase through to commissioning.
César LEBON
Project Manager · Energies & Naval · KEMTEC
César joined KEMTEC as Project Manager on Energy and Naval projects. An ENSTA-trained engineer, he leads complex industrial projects from the design phase through to commissioning in the Energy and Naval sectors.
Based in Nantes, his expertise covers project management, piping and mechanical engineering across the energy and naval sectors.
Audrey MAGNE
Project Manager Life Sciences · KEMTEC
Life Sciences Project Manager at KEMTEC since April 2023, Audrey has been with the group for 8 years and works with clients in the pharmaceutical and food industries, responsible for business development within KEMTEC.
An engineer from EBI in biotechnology, she leads new build and quality projects for various types of technologies (sterile, biotech, lyophilisation…).
